£14.00/mth or £11.00/mth is the introductory special offer price. The offer will be applied to new customers who apply for Swiftcall Broadband 24 or Swiftcall Broadband 8 before 31st December 2008. It offers the customers with £10 discount on the monthly charge for the first 3 months for Swiftcall Broadband 24 and Swiftcall Broadband 8. From the fourth month, the normal monthly charge of £24.00 per month for Broadband 24 and £21.00 per month for Broadband 8 will be applied. The condition of the offer may be modified or changed by Swiftcall at its discretion at any time.

The actual broadband speed (both download and upload) you will receive is subject to a number of factors including area availability, distance from the exchange, quality of PSTN circuit that connects the exchange and your premises, the internal cabling within your premises as well as the condition of your PC. Occasionally environmental issues such as bad weather will affect the speed.

We will contact you before processing your order, if the 24Mbps Broadband service is unavailable in your area, and offer you the best speed available on your line with the Broadband 8 product. Conditions apply.

-Fair Usage Policy-
Swiftcall’s Fair Usage Policy is designed to protect our resources, and the resources of all Customers by controlling the use of networks in order to provide a high speed network to everyone.
The download bandwidth quota of 25GB per calendar month will apply during the Peak Hours (18:00 to 23:00) to limit a very small number of extremely heavy users who use Peer to Peer or file sharing software that can significantly reduce the network speed.
Swiftcall reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Service without prior notice if in the opinion of Swiftcall that Customers’ usage is disproportionately high compared with the other Customers.

A microfilter also known as a Splitter allows you to use your existing analogue telephone service (voice signal) along side your broadband service (data signal). For the best possible connection speed, we recommend you connect the router to the master socket in your premise.
You will need a microfilter on all the telephone sockets in your premises even where you will not connect the router, or where you connect other telephony equipment such as a telephone handset, fax, Sky box, Credit Card terminal etc. This will prevent any noise interference on your telephone line, as well as possible loss or reduction in the performance of your broadband access.
2 microfilters will come with the FREE wireless router. You can purchase an additional microfilter from us at £7.50.

The minimum contract period is Twelve months from service commencement date. The contract runs out on the last day of each month. The contract can be terminated by the Customers by notifying Swiftcall in writing before the 20th day of the preceding month of the desired termination month. Where the Customer wishes to terminate the contract for any reason before the minimum contract period runs out, the Customer agrees to pay for all sums due for the remainder of the minimum contract period. |

For the monthly charge, you will be billed quarterly in advance. The first invoice will be issued after the commencement of the service, and it covers the period between the service commencement date and the next quarterly invoice period, and the one off connection charge. |
